Best British crime dramas

What is yours? And yes I know it's not an AIBU but posting for traffic is a crime I like committing.
Personally, I can't decide. Happy Valley was bloody brilliant and I loved Broadchurch, Shetland. I also love the more lighthearted Father Brown, Grantchester and Jonathan Creek. Scott and Bailey was binge watched with great joy.

Can you pick a favourite? Just one?

I loved Vigil and Trigger Point more recently

I love many of them, but Taggart would be my favourite. I've recently re-watched every episode.

I loved Murder in Provence so much so that I plan to watch it again soon. Highly recommended.

What about Rosemary and Thyme?

The Five on Sky is also great (my favourite Harlan Coben mini-series)

Jusr discovering The Bill - the later series. Quite addicted now (it's on Watch).
