I think the F1 drivers are really attractive guys.

I got really into F1 the last couple of months and am just in time for the new season. When I started learning their names I couldn't help but notice that the guys are all really really fit, which I'm sure now has influenced my viewing lmao. I feel so wrong saying this, some of them are so young. None of them are difficult to look at though! Anyone else think so? Do you think they're attractive?

No, that's the figure for all jockeys so doesn't differentiate between flat and jump.
Apologies; my googling failed me.

I can’t find specific height statistics for jump jockeys but, even if they are all at the upper end of the ‘jockey’ statistics (5”6 or 5”7), they’d still be comparatively short by F1 standards.

They are mostly short really. As are the people that are around them like pit crew, F1 pundits are often ex drivers themselves and also short. Coulthard and Webber are both shorter than me (having stood near them). And I'm not tall by any means. Latifi and Russell are exceptions at around 6ft. So being surrounded by other short people makes it less obvious.

It's become less a sport now and more like WWE which is sad as a life long fan of F1. The 2021 season and how it was manipulated was awful.

They all look and are so different from each other that I’ve no idea why you’re classing them all together. Would you say that all cricketers are attractive? Or all building surveyors? Bizarre. They are all well groomed (easy when you earn that much) and physically fit, but that’s the end of the similarities.

Or is this a case of “What first attracted you to the millionaire racing driver?”

Jos does seem to come across as a bit controlling and pushy, but no idea how true that is. I love Max's no bullshit attitude.

If you read up about Jos he's a complete arsehole, as is his father. Jos was a second rate driver who most people remember for his car catching fire in the pits.

On the subject of drivers, there's not many of the current ones who do it for me now that Kimi has retired. I used to like Mika Hakkinen as as well. However no one comes close to Senna.

I've never known anything about F1 and found the races awful (I used to hate when DH watched them cos of that awful noise!)

However I love the Netflix documentary! It's so much more interesting than I thought. And yes, lots of them are attractive and I feel guilty saying that cos they're all quite young 😅 Carlos sainz in particular.
