Put a rope around the nearest tree. Hitch it to your tractor. Pull the tree over on his car. Untie rope and drive away tractor.

Bizarre that he was able to park up but then didn’t need the car to get home (so why drive there in the first place?) and then hasn’t needed his car since and had been able to just abandon it for 48 hours.
