I just thought I'd share this for anyone struggling with the hot weather or menopausal hot flushes! 🥵

DH said a guy at work was using one so he bought one for me and it's amazing

I've been wearing it since it arrived this morning and despite looking like a DJ who's forgotten where her ears are, it's made an amazing difference and kept me cool all day.

Anyone else tried them? They're a bit noisy at first but my brain has kind of filtered the noise out in favour of the constant cool air.

Mine's been on for 8 hours straight so far and no sign of the charge wearing down yet.

On the subject of fans for the menopausal..
I actually have several small rechargeable fans, I keep one in my bag, one on desk, have it next to me watching tv.
Also this little beauty.
Its tall enough to go at the foot of the bed, so it wafts me and not DH, and almost silent.

Don't be disheartened when you first put it on. It takes about 3 or 4 minutes to really cool you down so you feel the benefit.

On the highest speed it is yes, but I've learned to tune it out.

DS did ask why I was shouting though 🤣
