The TV channels should stop filming football match now. This is wrong

Why can't the TV channels stop filming while a player is being resuscitated rather than commenting on it. I've switched off. Hope they stop soon

It's grim, and of course they should cut away eg to pundits describing the match so far. Resume coverage when the patient is no longer in view and play restarts

Just checked the BBC news page, and they say their live coverage has been suspended and it's possible the match will be abandoned

He just dropped like a stone. No one near him. Just down on the ground and they team circled him as he was treated (looked like CPR). Shocking - I know I was watching but it was just so shocking.

I hope he'll be alright. So sad and shocking. He is only 29.
