Wow! I don't think I've ever seen such a perfect couple. She looks incredible - radiant, Boris looks handsome as hell and they are absolutely made for each other. Let me be absolutely clear - this is a marriage made in heaven and one of the great romantic stories of our time has now been consecrated in holy matrimony.

I know I am behind the times but I honestly had no idea until reading this thread that they had married. I was surprised they married at the Cathedral considering Boris's marital history but there you go, different rules for different folk I suppose.

Certainly I wish them no harm (& Carrie does look lovely), but I still don't see how or why a personable young woman such as herself wants BoJo.

Well Vashta, it's not so hard. Get a job close to a powerful and influential married man who already has a family. Hopefully his long suffering wife will, possibly to his irritation but don't worry about that, divorce him. If he's a known shagger, so much the better, it won't take long. Getting pregnant will help and, if you find you're a practicing Catholic, then a marriage blessed by the Almighty cannot be far behind. I leave the rest to your imagination and wish anyone finding themselves in such a situation lots of luck. It will be needed.

Yes. I mean, it's not as if she would be short of a fella and I doubt BJ's money is a significant factor to someone like her.

All I can think, which is rather obvious, is that he has hidden depths and is far more 'attractive' in real life than he appears on TV.

However, given his track record, was there really any need to move in, have a baby and marry? She could have had some great fun before settling down with a more suitable partner.

I am seeing him through my eyes, not hers. Love and attraction are funny old things.
