We planted some wild meadow seeds this morning that need to be well watered.

I was working hard to ensure you would all have glorious sunshine in May and June by putting my garden under major construction. It will be completely unusable until mid July.

I’ve also still got every cloot possible on and have entered a challenge to cycle outside every day in May.

I’m trying my best, but I can’t do this alone.

No, it was definitely me. I took the electric blanket off the bed and considered changing to a summer duvet. Sorry!

Sorry you are all wrong, the farmers have been rain dancing for days needing the crops and grass to grow.

Only now they are moaning it’s the WRONG sort of rain, they needed warm rain. Probably should have been wearing leg warmers or something.

I had a few summery dresses taken to the tailors, bought some sunglasses, new sandals and even sunscreen as I had got a touch of sunburn. I put the winter bedclothes in storage.

I feel I too am to blame.

I bloody resent the wooly jumper I'm having to wear today though.

The place is so busy that you need to book at least a week ahead so can't really predict what the weather will be anyway
