Actually, blame Scotland. We came out of level 4 and were actually allowed to meet folks outside in a pub,with a drink. In the lead up to this day, the weather was gorgeous.
Then the day came and its pissed down ever since.

I thought about going for a nice walk today, so I'm partially to blame.

I am moving soon and had packed up all my winter coats (I have a lot, dont blame me, its my thing). So thanks a lot!
