To pretend I didn't notice my friend sent me a dick pic of her husband?

Cute photo of her toddler and baby in the bathtub, and hubby's penis floating in the right-hand corner. Not overly obvious, but not invisible either.

Do I make a joke about it? Or more elegant to ignore the whole thing?

It's a bit of a funny predicament Grin Grin Grin

Definitely tell her.. before she sends it elsewhere/posts on social media

MrsWindass · 11/02/2021 09:42

Are you sure she sent it to you and he's not done it as some kind of stealthy sex pesting?

You don't wear skater dresses, do you ? Grin

Emmelina · 11/02/2021 09:52

She needs to know, whoops!

@ShirleyPhallus

This thread is brilliant. Mostly cos of the jokes but partly cos of the po-faced, premium mumsnet replies.

A friend of mine once listed a wardrobe on gumtree for sale and didn’t realise her husband was in the background in his pants

This happens more than you know, my DSis was selling something on gumtree and she started getting dodgy offers from randomers, asking if her bloke came with the article, she hadn’t edited her pics before uploading and her bloke was asleep on the sofa in the background!

Lesson to be learnt I think, EDIT YOUR PICS BEFORE SHARING! Mind you, wouldn’t be nearly as funny!

MoiJeJous · 11/02/2021 09:53

Brilliant thread. Definitely made me laugh!

Calyx72 · 11/02/2021 09:54

Watching thread in case friend replies Grin and to read later for the laughs!

I just read that as 'poo-faced'.

Lockdown with young kids is getting to me.

Oh OP that message was hopeless! You needed to be much more direct than that, she just thinks you're weirdly pointing out that people in the bath are naked, which of course they are! Now she's going to ignore your weirdo message and you can't bring it up again and may never know what she's done! I could weep Sad

Some of these are hilarious !

PuffItsGone · 11/02/2021 11:39

Yeah I think you should have just said something direct and to the point. What if she just thinks you’re being weird?!

PrincessBuggerPants · 11/02/2021 11:47

You need to let her know.

A friend of a friend sent a pic of him and his new wife in a bath on their honeymoon to said mutual friend. It was at first glance entirely innocent, though perhaps a bit of an odd premise. You wouldn't have thought very much of it though. They were odd, dull people.

Of course, somehow, there was a glimpse of his very enormous penis (honestly I thought it was a foot when I first saw it) and that picture must have been poured over by every group of friends who met up in pub that month, such was the hilarity that ensued.

She needs to make sure people are tempted to forward a picture of her child in a bath 'for a larrrff' because her husband's knob is in it.

Hoppinggreen · 11/02/2021 11:53

Mil moved house last year and as we were helping I was packing up photos I noticed that on our prominently displayed wedding photo one of my nips is partially showing ( low cut strapless dress, leaning forward and big boobies). We’ve been married almost 20 years and it’s been in her mantelpiece the whole time.

@Covidcorvid

no need to wake him, just get a bowl of water

No chance, he'd think his luck was in for sure. 🤣🤣

Surely he'd only think his luck was in if you also had the penis beaker to hand 😂
BaggoMcoys · 11/02/2021 12:15

This has reminded me of the time my now ex was showing his parents the gallery on our digital camera. I knew a pic was on there of me naked and breastfeeding dd. I was saying through gritted teeth "Dp stop, stop now. That's enough photos. Please stop." He didn't stop and they all saw. Fortunately although I was clearly naked the most intimate parts of me, besides one breast and nipple, were covered by dd.

Lesserspottedmama · 11/02/2021 12:24

Oh OP of all the things you could’ve said in response 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
Mind you I can’t talk, I probably would’ve bottled saying anyway even the though it’s the right thing to do.
Is anyone else feeling paranoid now in case they’ve done something similar? I’ve had 4 DC in six years and it’s all a complete blur with at least one boob hanging out most of the the time.
