What is your all time favourite comfort food?

The best snack, or meal that makes you happy everytime you eat it

Cheese on toast with a cup of hot chocolate.

Cadbury’s chocolate eclairs

Tomato soup or cornflakes. My go to comfort, cheer me up if down food.

Cheesy pasta for comfort, if I’m ill Heinz chicken soup with cheap white bread and butter.

Hmm...depends on how hungry I am. I am very fond of 'eggy bread' (Bread, dipped in beaten egg and fried).

But my ultimate is probably Lincolnshire sausages roasted in the oven with mash - and then you pour the fat from the sausage roasting tin over the top of your mash (having already mashed Lurpak and milk into it).

My husband is slightly horrified by this - but my granny did it when we were kids.

Homemade fruit crumble with double cream and a cup of tea.

Spaghetti with parmesan cheese

If its winter beef stew and dumplings. If I am hungover anything involving cheese.

Toasted cheese sandwiches with white bread and a caramel latte.

I really don't have any real comfort food however my Grandmother gravy when I was young always made me happy. If I had to pick a food now it would be scallops but it is more the memories I have attached to times when I was eating them rather than comfort.

Definitely cream of tomato soup and loads of bread.

Marmite sandwiches with thick crusty white bread you cut yourself and real butter.

Quorn nuggets stir fried kale and sweetcorn in a plant based cream and nutritional yeast sauce shoved in tortilla pockets

Shepherds pie ,lasagne or moussaka for a comfort meal.

Chocolate if a snack

Ice cream Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough

BLT and a brew

Baked camembert with chunks of crusty bread for dipping.

Banana custard, the custard has to be really hot.

Prawn curry

Home made chicken & veg soup and granary bread.

KFC chicken. But not the chips!

Really buttery garlicky garlic bread. Ooooooooo.
