Drugs. Be honest..

Inspired by the white bag thread, it just got me curious. I’m not a journo! Although, I suppose that’s what a journalist would say..

Have you / do you take drugs? What did you take and why did you?

I’ll be honest and go first, I occassinally use MDMA and I do use coke on nights. But I don’t have kids and I’d stop as soon as I was having them

Cannabis and amphetamines as a teenager (about 100 years ago). Didn't really understand what it was all about to be honest.

Food is my drug of choice now, unfortunately.

Honestly, I have never ever tried any drug and I'm in my early 30's. Never even smoked weed. Never appealed to me as I hate the feeling of not being in control (never drink much either). Dont I sound like a barrel of laughs! 😂

I took MDMA in my twenties a few times. Not going to lie I had an amazing time and some incredible nights.

However I am tee-total, have never drunk and hate the feeling!

Accidentally smoked half a joint once (was completely blotto and mistook it for a roll up). I was so ill for the next two days that even the smell now makes me queasy. Nothing else, too chicken.

Paracetamol, Ibuprofen and aspirin excluded.

Why not? Never felt the need, to be honest.

No never interested me, also I live in London and I see the evidence of what drugs to to ppl lying passed out homeless on the streets. So I wouldn’t touch that shit with a barge pole.

I've never sought them out, or been offered any, not even a cigarette.

No illegal drugs, and I've never smoked a cigarette, but i used prescription painkillers to self-medicate for depression at uni. Never felt high though, just calm.

No and I judge people that still use over the age of 25 and/or have children.

Not since I was a teen. Then it was ecstasy.

I have the odd few pulls of a vape these days. About once a month when I am on my period. Guarantees I sleep even with period pains.

Drug users tend to be selfish twats tbh, and particularly cocaine users, who are essentially condoning the slavery of women and children by buying it.

I have undiagnosed autism and was a HORRIFICALLY anxious and depressed child (masked the entire time, I was a complete wreck).

At uni, I was persuaded by an ex to try MDMA on a night out and, honestly, it was like someone had switched a light on.

I only did it a few times but it changed me. I don't get anxious anymore and am very happy go lucky.

Nope, never. Also teetotal. Which may explain why I lost all muscle tone, body control and sensation when I had gas and air in childbirth

I had one drag on a spliff at about 16 yrs old. Didn't like it and never took anything ever again. Quite proud of that.
My kids popping pills is probably my worst nightmare!
