Have done presents, teens are off phoning / texting their dads, I have coffee and the cat (and a mess of wrapping paper 😂) so just relaxing and having a quick scroll through mumsnet.

Ds has opened his presents, I'm waiting for the potatoes to boil to roast them, he's up in his room doing whatever teenage boys do.

Listening to Bing Cosby with DH. Having bucks fizz and pretzels. Kids are eating cheese snacks, juice and having a rest from playing.

Very glad we've already cooked the turkey and prepped the veg. We'll make dinner at some point..... probably.

Same here NiceLegs. I'm also trying to decide if I can be bothered to go for a walk. It looks like a lovely winter day outside but I'm quite comfortable on the sofa 🙂

I’m pretending to have a shower but secretly lying on the bed texting my sister to tell her how much MIL is annoying me and how I wish I was with my family.

Still sat in pjs waiting to hear if my Xmas bubble family are negative or positive to CV. if positive looks like I'm staying in my pjs and having chocolate for lunch. If they're negative I'm heading to them for a very late Xmas lunch. But the sun is shining so I'm feeling ok v

Crisps. Cocktail. Playing Instagram Christmas bingo while the turkey cooks (a pregnancy, an engagement, matching family pyjama set, the caption 'he's been!', Christmas dinner with unusual item of food on). Whoever loses has to drink the questionable ages bottle of babycham we found.

I cooked all the food yesterday bar the veggies. Having coffee and MNing. I am relieved to not be doing the family thing this year. I love them but they are hard work.

Lazing in bed with DP and dcat, doing absolutely nothing. Bliss.

Sitting surrounded by unwrapped presents still and reading a book. Half watching the kids on the Ring Fit. Considering cracking open the Pringles! Be rude not to.

Watching Zog on BBC with DD whilst she eats a pre lunch snack (keeping her going until a very late lunch). DH is cooking everything and I peeled some potatoes.

Drinking prosecco with a sleeping baby on me while DH cooks dinner hopefully!

About to drive eldest to his job at Amazon - no public transport today.
We had our Christmas meal yesterday so it's left me very chilled today, with the only downside that I can't drink, but my liver will thank me for that.

My teenage son has gone up to his room to download a new game. The cat and I are curled up on the sofa watching a film

I'm breastfeeding a newborn and crying my eyes out. My beautiful two year old has become possessed and today I am not coping. She needs her routine and a walk and I'm failing at both.

Hate this part of Christmas, between the presents and the dinner when everyone is kinda doing their own thing! I might go rummage for some snacks...
