Just watched Biden's speech in Delaware, talking about Trump's hearing about the ACA at the supreme court after the election. (I think that's right? I may have got mixed up). Can he really still go ahead with this if he loses? I'm assuming then that the ACA will be ended. What happens then???

I wondered the same. Of course Trump is claiming that SCOTUS looking at ACA is not political, it is a legal argument so is.ot dependant on who is President.

I see in the 60 Minutes interview, he said that his healthcare "plan" which has been coming in two weeks time for the last 6 months will now be revealed once he sees what SCOTUS does with Obamacare. So AFTER the election
