I'm just asking as DH was watching A Hard Days Night. I'll always love Johns smile Blush

George

akitamiss · 04/09/2020 16:04

It's used to be John ... until I read the Cynthia Lennon book.

Then it was George ... until I read the Patti Boyd book.

So for now it is Paul :)

Always28 · 04/09/2020 16:05

Used to always be John

Now probably George since reading Cynthia Lennons autobiography!

TwiggyTwogs · 04/09/2020 16:06

What have they said about John? Shock I've heard claims that he's an abuser but most of the time Yoko fans run in to say it's not true... Hmm

@akitamiss haha, I think I’m a book behind you then. Maybe I’ll just go for Paul too. I saw him live in 2003 and he was amazing. My grandparents saw him on the street once and got his autograph back when he was dating Jane Asher and said he was a lovely boy!

TwiggyTwogs · 04/09/2020 16:07

No not George Sad What did he do?

Greenteandchives · 04/09/2020 16:07

Now I want to know what was in Cynthia Lennon’s autobiography that turned you off John!
My early favourite was Paul, but I moved on to George.
Poor Ringo.

TwiggyTwogs · 04/09/2020 16:08

Ringo is criminally underrated Grin His sad blue eyes.. He aged like fine wine too imo!! Blush

giletrouge · 04/09/2020 16:10

John all the way - trouble with Ringo is not very, um, endowed in the brainage department.

TwiggyTwogs · 04/09/2020 16:12

What on earth is brainage? Grin

George Harrison. Largely for his role in supporting films, and being a large part of why we have a film industry of note today in the UK.

Samcro · 04/09/2020 16:14

like Johns music, but not the person.seeing that clip of him taking the piss out of people with CP put me off him.
Much prefer the rolling stones.

user1471538283 · 04/09/2020 16:15

It has always been John even though he was damaged and treated women badly.

TwiggyTwogs · 04/09/2020 16:15

@Samcro He did that?? God I had no ideaSad What a pathetic man. Also agree that george was a genius imo

Ringo.

The rest of them all sound horrible!

Plus he always came across as the most normal (from what I’ve seen, I wasn’t alive).

ZaZathecat · 04/09/2020 16:17

George

Disfordarkchocolate · 04/09/2020 16:18

George, by a mile.

TwiggyTwogs · 04/09/2020 16:19

I havent heard anything bad about Ringo but i'd be upset to learn. He seems so lovely Sad

OP posts:
TwiggyTwogs · 04/09/2020 16:20

Six for George too Grin

OP posts:
Samcro · 04/09/2020 16:21

I did double check to make sure I didn't dream it.

elliejjtiny · 04/09/2020 16:21

Ringo. Because he did the voice on Thomas the tank engine when I was little.

DGRossetti · 04/09/2020 16:22

I've always had a soft spot for Paul - despite the shit 80s and 90s ... he was quite militant about ensuring his kids grew up "normal" so they went to the local comp and he did the school run.

LadyH846 · 04/09/2020 16:24

Paul.

TwiggyTwogs · 04/09/2020 16:24

@Samcro Fucking hell Sad Gone right off him..
