I need to cut my lawn. Do you think I'll need to do it again before the winter?

Shall I cut my pitta breadinto halves or quarters to use for dips?

slowreader · 23/09/2007 19:14

Thank you Tamum I hope it does not clash with Michael Palin who has lost his sparkle if you ask me.

I may have to vacuum the stairs they are knee deep in dead daddylongleges according to dd.

ahundredtimes · 23/09/2007 19:14

Choice? You give us choice? No, no, you must do what you have always done with pitta bread and what your mother did before you and what her mother did before that.

Tamum · 23/09/2007 19:16

Fear not slowreader, I think you should be able to catch both. Just as well he has lost his sparkle or it would be too exciting.

slowreader · 23/09/2007 19:16

!/4s for pitta bread.
100X those paperbags are lovely. I may order some.

newlifenewname · 23/09/2007 19:16

Ok, that'll be eighths then

are we allowed to on this thred or is that too exciting?

Anyone interested to know my 'a' key isn't working? Last week it was the space bar.

Blandmum · 23/09/2007 19:16

yeah broccoli, for a moment there my pulse rate almost went up with the whole lost slipper thing. Glad it worked out in the end.

I would like to add the big sucker leaf vacuum to the collection. I know it's technology and a go getter colour but still........

newlifenewname · 23/09/2007 19:20

Dark out isn't it?

RustyBear · 23/09/2007 19:20

The snail has gone to sleep.

newlifenewname · 23/09/2007 19:21

They say rain's on the way tomorrow.

Muy patio needs a clean actually.

Blandmum · 23/09/2007 19:21

what about this for a snack?

OP posts:
Bluestocking · 23/09/2007 19:22

Really quite boring.

Slubberdegullion · 23/09/2007 19:22

I thought snails were nocturnal, or just in perpetual motion like fish.

I think it's having a ponder.

daisyandbabybootoo · 23/09/2007 19:24

LOLOLOL.....this thread is fabuloussssszzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

EffiePerine · 23/09/2007 19:24

I have discovered that vinegar and water does indeed give a lovely finish to laminate flooring and removes all fingermarks.

RustyBear · 23/09/2007 19:24

What do snails ponder about?

Probably something very dull.

Blandmum · 23/09/2007 19:24

the biscuit for when digestive buscuits are just too damn exciting

OP posts:
newlifenewname · 23/09/2007 19:25

No, they ponder on subjects such as aerodynamics and Bernoulli's principle I reckon.

EffiePerine · 23/09/2007 19:25

BTW, the snail is probably frozen in fear after it saw you gawking at it

EffiePerine · 23/09/2007 19:26

(esp if you look like a giant thrush)

Bluestocking · 23/09/2007 19:27

Oooh, MB, that's nice!

newlifenewname · 23/09/2007 19:27

How long do snails keep in the freezer do you reckon?

EffiePerine · 23/09/2007 19:27

but these are boring and middle class

BroccoliSpears · 23/09/2007 19:27

Sorry. You're quite right.

I hope that this makes up for it.
