Short white dog hairs everywhere on a dark coloured carpet!
My trusty Hetty just isn’t effective - help please!

I bought mine quite a few years ago so not sure if it was called C3 then. No longer have it, due to divorce rather than failure of the vacuum cleaner, but it was awesome.

We have a Shark duo, it’s amazing, picks up all the hairs.

Yep shark duo clean we have this model we have only probably had it for about 2 weeks but it's great the battery easily last in my house twice and unlike are old dyson cordless you remove battery and then that charges which I think makes more sense.
Golden retriever and King Charles spaniel it eats up there hair easily :)

We have the Shark Liftaway Pet with anti-hair wrap and it's great. The amount it pulled up on our first go (after having a Hetty) was glorious/disgusting.

Liftaway is great on the stairs as there is a mini attachment you can use.

I always recommend it on these threads - Miele Cat & Dog C3.

I also am pulled between these two. I wish I had tried them both in a shop before lockdown.
I currently have a sebo which is 10 years old and looking to change it.
Tiny house and storage is easier of an upright.

I was tempted by a cordless but went for the Shark Duo Liftaway and think it's great. Amazed at how much dog hair it picks up each vacuum and our dog isn't a big shedder

Shark here too, so convenient, it has literally changed my life and yes, I know that’s sad!

Should add mine is cordless with per hair adapter thingy but I only have a cat so maybe I’m living in a bubble!

I’m a bit worried about cordless but I imagine technology has moved on (this model isn’t cordless though)
I’m even more befuddled after looking at the Shark website...

They seem sooo expensive though :-( I do need something that does pick up all the cat hair in my flat.

Miele Cat and Dog without question. I just bought a new one (as exh got 'ours' in the divorce!). I can't have bagless as I have a dust allergy and emptying a bagless one sets it off.

We have a Sebo X4 Pet which I bought before we got our cat. It is excellent at picking up cat hair and all the assorted crap she seems to walk through the house. It has a boost button which gives it even more pick up power.

No experience of the miele but I have a cordless shark with the pet attachment and it's really good.

I’ve got a shark I love it, so powerful. I have a large dog and a cat.

I’ve recently bought the vacs glide, hard floor cleaner and vacuum in one, I love it! My floors are sparkling!
