What you have to remember is that neither the RF or anyone from LaLaLand actually inhabit the real world.......

I don’t recall asparagus featuring heavily in my student diet........🤣 He came across as quite charming though.

I was a lunch yesterday when I kept repeating that Diana died because she wasn’t wearing a seatbelt & drunk was driving.

But no apparently the Queen Or PC ordered the hit.

The queen or PC who looked stricken & shell shocked - all I can say is they are clearly better actors than Meghan!

Just watching the itv programme now, again all that nonsense about “ thank you asking how I feel, not many people do” get a fucking grip, you silly woman, you are surrounded by desperately poor people and all that talk about thriving, not just surviving, my god so many people are just surviving in South Africa.
Previous posters asked about where Meghan’s mother was in her teens I read more than once that Doria was off “ finding herself “ what ever that means.

I have just seen some photo's of Meghans's friend wearing a red jacket with her name on the name sleeve i.e. J E S S I C A, which seems a bit strange.

I so agree with this analysis. Add to that (a) their respective historic family dysfunctions in particular whatever machinations went on in the past between Thomas and Doria leading to the alienation theme in mm’s psychology, and (b) the possibility that they had simply swapped the idea of a fiefdom in Botswana in favour of a fiefdom in Canada as it was more in keeping with the glamorous lifestyle they wanted, then been horrified when their visit to the Canadian embassy did not Immediately lead to the governor-generalship that she may have thought he could easily get... it’s so toxic. If the RF undercut him financially like they should so for their own preservation, my bet is he will be separated from Archie within months.

Imo the way Meghan treated her father was a huge red flag, and Harry not meeting the man before their marriage was odd. Maybe her dad talks too much to the members of her family that she doesn’t get on with, but surely Harry has enough manners to meet his father in law.

Meghan was determined to bag Harry.
She gave up her entire life and moved wholesale to the UK to be with him; even though he hadn’t yet proposed.
It was ridiculously fast they had a long distance relationship for about 15 months. Met in a July 2016; she moved to England in October 2017 and they were engaged by the end of November 2017.
They hadn’t even lived together for 2 months before he proposed.
Talk about being foofed.

The most important factor is the 90 day rule for tax. If they spend 91 days in the UK in any tax year they pay tax here as well as Canada. Meghan, as an American, gets hammered three ways as she pays tax in Canada, the US and the UK.

So that's what they'll do. Once Archie is at school, it will be 6 weeks in the summer in the UK, maybe popping back for events like Remembrance day or the upcoming 75th VE commemorations, rest of the time in Canada. No intention whatsoever of it being 50/50.

Plus a move to the US would make the whole tax issue a lot easier for Meghan as she starts to work the SussexRoyal brand and hears the ker-ching of her merchandising efforts.
