Johnson repeatedly refusing to look at picture of a four year old child on a hospital floor when confronted by an ITV reporter. After refusing to so much as glance at the photo, he then proceeds to pocket the reporters phone(!?) while mouthing empty platitudes. Here’s a link, but I’m sure you’ll see it on the news anyway..

Was he having a bad day? Nah, it’s Johnson to a T: a privileged, uncaring, unashamed bullshitter, out for number one. Does this man represent our country?

It just shows what an awful person he is. He doesn’t care about the day to day realities of the lives of others. He is only concerned about power.

Pocketing then reporter’s phone? He really has lost the plot. Lunatic.

astralweaks · 09/12/2019 17:15

the reporter’s

dontalltalkatonce · 09/12/2019 17:17

And yet sadly, people are still going to vote Tory in droves.

Thescrewinthetuna · 09/12/2019 17:17

He’s a cunt and doesn’t care

angemorange · 09/12/2019 17:17

I've thought he's been pretty incoherent when he's out and about, I struggle to make sense of what he's saying.

Think he's definitely losing the plot.

cansu · 09/12/2019 17:18

Just watched the video of this. He responded appallingly. Taking the phone and refusing to look at it was really possibly the worst thing he could possibly do. Plus he then carried on waffling about Brexit. He is an utter idiot and doesn't give a shit about ordinary people.

AlunWynsKnee · 09/12/2019 17:19

It's the quietly pocketing the phone that surprises me most I think. I'm not surprised he wasn't interested in the picture.

katseyes7 · 09/12/2019 17:19

And why, in which situation, would anyone take someone else's phone from them, and put it in their own pocket?!
Whatever his politics, that's very strange behaviour.
l think he's losing the plot. Let's hope he loses the election too. For all our sakes.

ThatSeventiesLass · 09/12/2019 17:22

Just horrific. I couldn't get the image of that poor child out of my head today. I almost died from pneumonia last year..it is a very frightening illness, not able to get a breath and the awful inability to speak or move, and I'm an adult and could barely cope! Johnson is a horror.

MinisterforCheekyFuckery · 09/12/2019 17:24

Shameful. But sadly, it won't make a difference. At this point he could punch a small child in the face live on television and still get elected.

JasonPollack · 09/12/2019 17:25

Awful awful man. Not a compassionate bone in his body.

AlunWynsKnee · 09/12/2019 17:25

angemorange never forming a full coherent sentence is a strategy. Nobody can quote back any firm commitment to anything. If he says "Ah er 40 new hospitals, ah, fund the NHS, ah yes" what does that mean?

Torchlightt · 09/12/2019 17:25

As prime minister, he's responsible for what's going on in the NHS. If he deals with that responsibility like this, in an election campaign, the one time when he cares what ordinary citizens think of him, then God help us all.

Mrsfrumble · 09/12/2019 17:26

He’s in the same position Trump was in before he was elected; he knows he can do and say whatever the fuck he wants and his voter base won’t care. Didn’t Trump say something along the lines of he could walk out onto the street and shoot someone, and people would still vote for him?

Mrsfrumble · 09/12/2019 17:29

X post MinisterforCheekyFuckery

LakieLady · 09/12/2019 17:30

Sadly, I think you're right, @MinisterforCheekyFuckery.

Everyone must know by now that he doesn't give a shit about the NHS or people's suffering, and yet the Tories are still ahead in the polls.

This leads me to conclude that most voters don't give a shit about the NHS or people's suffering.

powershowerforanhour · 09/12/2019 17:31

If somebody is trying to get you to look at stuff on their phone you either take it, look and give it back or say no thanks.
What kind of weirdo puts the phone in their pocket? Has he been reading the Donald Trump book of annoyingly shite power play body language.."Wrong foot your opponent by doing something unexpectedly knobbish...appropriate their property and OWN their pussy ass?" or some pure wankery bollocks like that?
Or does being a ridiculous arrogant arsehole just come naturally?

IsabelleSE19 · 09/12/2019 17:32

Someone needs to take that image, and the one of Rees-Mogg slouching in the Commons, and make them both into a massive poster displayed on every major road in the country. Here is your government - they could not give a shit.

KidLorneRoll · 09/12/2019 17:34

The man is a cunt and so is, frankly, anyone who is still going to vote tory

TheQueef · 09/12/2019 17:35

Sorry to be vulgar but he could be caught with his knob in Buck Pal letter box and still win.

AutumnCrow · 09/12/2019 17:36

He's not well, is he? Carrie Symonds is away with the bloody fairies as well. Odious couple. The Perons crossed with the Chuckle Brothers.

MidnightCircus · 09/12/2019 17:36

"Mr Johnson then removed the phone and looked at the image, saying: “It’s a terrible, terrible photo and I apologise obviously to the family and those who have terrible experiences in the NHS."

From the article. The one that says he didn't look at it. Hmm

pootroll · 09/12/2019 17:37

He really doesn’t give a shit about anyone but himself. Nor do the sheeples voting for him.
