Johnson repeatedly refusing to look at picture of a four year old child on a hospital floor when confronted by an ITV reporter. After refusing to so much as glance at the photo, he then proceeds to pocket the reporters phone(!?) while mouthing empty platitudes. Here’s a link, but I’m sure you’ll see it on the news anyway..

Was he having a bad day? Nah, it’s Johnson to a T: a privileged, uncaring, unashamed bullshitter, out for number one. Does this man represent our country?

Lets all blame bojo. Agree he should have looked at the picture, but I also didn’t see in the article any bashing of the hospital? I’ve been in enough( hospitals to know that bed chairs are available in children’s wards, could one have been used? Or another chairs? Where are the parents? No way would I let my child lie on a floor like that, they would be in my arms, where are the hospital administrators?

Now I await my own bashing from you lot ( little clue I will just delete my notifications of a response to this post, so go ahead and waste your time)

FelixFelicis6 · 09/12/2019 17:38

I’ve watched the video, he does look at the photo for a number of seconds - admittedly after being urged to for about a minute. That video didn’t show him pocketing the phone, just him holding it for 30 seconds whilst continuing to talk then hand it back saying “sorry, still have your phone” or similar.

I can’t stand the man personally but don’t like fake news either.

ManonBlackbeak · 09/12/2019 17:38

He's an arsehole. He doesn't give a shit about anyone other than himself.

Trust me, people who havent already sussed him out soon will.

KenDodd · 09/12/2019 17:38

Unfortunately four year old children treated on hospital floors (and worse) is the price many, many people are willing (for others) to pay for Brexit and a Tory government. More of this is what they are voting for.

Snowjive2 · 09/12/2019 17:39

KidLorneRoll I agree with you entirely.

AutumnCrow · 09/12/2019 17:39

The reporter said he'd taken and pocketed his phone.

ginghambox · 09/12/2019 17:40

The man is a cunt and so is, frankly, anyone who is still going to vote tory
Good to see the lefts kinder politics is still alive and well.

MissLadyM · 09/12/2019 17:40

Another reason why I'm fucking dreading election day. He's a first class cunt.

astralweaks · 09/12/2019 17:41

I believe the reported not Boris who is a pathological liar.

astralweaks · 09/12/2019 17:41

reporter

DonkeyHotty · 09/12/2019 17:41

Shameful. But sadly, it won't make a difference. At this point he could punch a small child in the face live on television and still get elected.

Exactly. I will not be voting Tory on Thursday, even though, sadly, they will probably win with a majority. But I can hold my head up high knowing I’m not one of the selfish arseholes who voted for them.

MidnightCircus · 09/12/2019 17:43

Again, headline is he didn't look at photo. Quote from article: "Mr Johnson then removed the phone and looked at the image, saying: “It’s a terrible, terrible photo and I apologise obviously to the family and those who have terrible experiences in the NHS."
It's a total non-story, and a blatantly false headline.

Chloemol
I’m disabled. I’m still recovering from 2 major surgeries. I couldn’t hold my dd in my arms. That would require energy I don’t have. Don’t presume everyone can just do stuff because you can.

ThatSeventiesLass · 09/12/2019 17:46

I would have to say that anyone who burns money in front of homeless persons is nasty. Diabolical in fact.

Bluntness100 · 09/12/2019 17:49

I think he was trying to focus on getting his message across and not get into the individual case, but he handled that very badly.

KidLorneRoll · 09/12/2019 17:50

"Are you so biased that you really think Boris is nasty."

And this is why the tories are going to get a majority. I honestly think if he were to trip a nurse up and give him/her a proper doing there would still people calling it 'fake news' and happily vote for him on thursday.

MarshaBradyo · 09/12/2019 17:50

He takes ages to look but does and then gives it back and apologising

I’m more interested in how they’ll improve the NHS than the phone part, of and how

Off-topic doesn’t he look small, I assume it’s the angle or reporter on a step.

KidLorneRoll · 09/12/2019 17:50

'It's a total non-story, and a blatantly false headline.'

No, it's not. The video is there for all to see. He doesn't give a tiny fuck.

PortiaCastis · 09/12/2019 17:51

I don't care for the slob and I won't be voting for anyone who touts his dick around town then lays into single Mum's like me thanks very much.

He is a total prk.

But Corbyn is anathema to many also.

LDs want anyone to be any gender. WTF, why is that important?

Screaming Lord Sutch is looking lively for me, or no one, but I will vote tactically yuk. Why do I have to do this?

Luckylassiam · 09/12/2019 17:56

More lefty frothing. God knows what you’ll be like on Friday. Corbyn is by far a bigger cunt than Boris.
