Oh, don't you know Bracli, PS-Ling or Bongo (okok Bongo is gone perhaps). What I really dislike about the Bohoo picture is the way how Photoshop has been used. There are other ways how to present T-front underwear in a modest way I guess.

Someone mentioned high-waisted jeans. The look is to wear low-waisted & have the top part sticking out of your waistband so your hips show.
