The space bar, did you know?

So I have just discovered by holding down the space bar on my phone keyboard, I can move the cursor to wherever I want on my message....

This will save me hours of frustration and having to undo loads of text I actually want!

I thought I'd share, but maybe you all already knew abs didn't tell me?

Just tested! This has changed my life.

I can move mine by tapping but it usually takes 3 or 4 attempts to get it in exactly the right place.

So what difference does the space bar make? Surely it's just fat fingers which mean you can't get it in the right place first time? I have just tried it and it's exactly the same with the space bar held down as without?

If you tap and hold on the text it zooms in and you can move it to where you want

Why would you undo lots of text you want?

I just tap where I want the cursor to be and it goes there. Don't see the fascination the Internet seems to be having this week over the space bar.

I just tap on the screen and the cursor moves, no need to hold down anything on the keyboard.

Those of you finding this so life-changing, what device are you using? You know not all phones, tablets etc are the same, right?

Is this on iPhone because my Samsung doesn't do this

It’s not just the space bar, holding your finger down on any part of the iphone keyboard will let you do this.

I'm using an iPhone.

I dont undetstand really, a) it makes no difgerence and b) you could di it without holding the spacebar down
