If you knew he was at that moment... would you call 999?

I did. and I'm the one to blame for his prosecution according to him his friends and family and have been blacklisted. unfortunately not the first time he's done it but the first time i've known about it during. his job, life.. my life, my children's lives all affected by this. WWYHD?

It's always going to get nasty when you snitch on your own family even if you're in the right. I found out my sister in law was indirectly buying shares in the company she worked for and making a profit based on unannounced good news regarding new contracts etc. I reported her and she's lost her career (she was in finance) and is still unemployed two years later and my DB and her had to move into housing association, they won't talk to me anymore but I was right.

I can’t understand how PenelopeFlintstone thinks you should report someone who is about to drive on a motorway (where there are no pedestrians!), but not someone popping home round the corner (which is presumably residential and so will have pedestrians).
Driving whilst over the limit in either situation is selfish and dangerous and should be reported.
