another CF holiday situation

Booked a swim up room, there are four ground floor apartments in a row, all of us have booked swim up rooms and paid a supplement. Upstairs neighbours currently in our pool, shouting down from balcony, throwing inflatables from balcony. They have climbed over the wall at the end of the pool to get in.

Tell them to get out! I would not be happy.

Definitely complain!

Speak to hotel management (assuming it's a hotel)

Call the front desk. They need to sort it not you. I would politely ask that the other guests be moved so you do not have to deal with them for the rest of the holiday

If that had to climb a wall to get in then they obviously know they shouldn't be there. Definitely cfs!

Get out and tell them to bugger off! They have access to your room from the pool also so this would worry me as how easy it was to get over the wall!
