Parking one - a CF in BOTH our spaces

So we have two allocated parking spaces, we pay a premium for them. Someone has parked over both spaces, literally in the middle. I've blocked them in

Hello, I’m just settling in here for the parking thread.

Oooh just what I needed today

Amazing. Someone left their wheely bins - two of them! - in my space and when I moved them, they put them back there. It's closer to their front door than dragging them down to the side area designed for the bins, so I've just wheeled their bins and hidden them behind a skip nearby. Can't wait for them to ask. Bastards.

You pay a premium for these spaces, calculate a daily rate x 2 and stick it on the windscreen as an invoice.
