Parking one - a CF in BOTH our spaces

So we have two allocated parking spaces, we pay a premium for them. Someone has parked over both spaces, literally in the middle. I've blocked them in

I had this a couple of months ago, The difference being that my EA was backing the the other EA.

They became very contrite once I asked them what my rent reduction was going to be if I no longer paid for the parking space.

Best we ever had was when someone parked ON OUR DRIVE literally in front of our garage and front door. I was so angry I parked right behind them and went to bed. The next morning when I woke up the car was gone 🤔 my dh and I were very confused until we realised the CF had opened our garage (never locked as usually just the car in it) and pulled into the garage then reversed out past our car. I was raging. Even more so when I saw sheepish ndn a few days later who said it was her guests who didn’t know it was a drive?! No one is that stupid and she would have seen straight away where they parked when she let them in!

She’s a MCF but without the backbone to sort out her own mess. I would do nothing til she knocks. I would then advise her of your parking charges, when she accepts them point out it’s double as she utilised both spaces and when she’s paid warn her that the rate doubles for repeat offenders!

Can I suggest as an opening statement:

Ah you must be the person who parked in my space. Have you knocked on the door to apologise?!!
