Aibu to ask how you deal with thigh rub?

It's hot. I want to wear a skirt. In colder weather I always wear tights but when it's this hot wearing tights is horrible! Even at my thinnest (9st) I have never achieved a thigh gap. By the end of the day I have sore red raw patches on my inner thighs where they rub. How can I fix this? The only alternative is to wear leggings under a maxi or trousers Hmm. Surely I am not the only uncomfortable person ?

Deodorant STICK, not roll on.

Compeed anti-blister stick also works really well but is a lot more expensive than a deodorant stick and doesn’t last as long.

Hope this helps Smile

Another vote for bodyglide. It's amazing stuff and lasts for ages

Bodyglide for sure. If it can get me running then it must be magic!

Sloggis!! They are cotton, extremely comfortable. I freaking love them! A must have in every wardrobe!

Sloggi shorts, they’re brilliant

I literally use those Bridget Jones pants (but the shorts version!)

The Big Bloomers Company is your friend here.

Their pants with little legs have changed my life.

They may be expensive but worth every penny

I got a pair of cycling shorts from Primark, think they were about £2. There nice and thin so don't get hot and it solves the problem for me!

Body glide converts, are you using the pink or blue stick? Is there a difference apart from the pink one saying 'for her'?

Following as I have the same problem! Think I might try with deodorant first or else cheap cycling shorts.

Lush silky underwear is good.

The lanacane stuff is really effective, it's made of silicone I think so it helps your thighs glide against each other of that makes sense!! Have to use a fair amount though.

Another sloggi fan here. They feel really light and not at all hot because of being cotton, love them.

I was going to come back to tell you all about Fresh Balls, but I see you've already discovered it. Grin The anti monkey butt powder is pretty good too.

I personally wouldn't use talcum powder in that area. Here most baby powder, body powder, etc., uses cornstarch instead.

I am in the US, so may have access to different products, but I use a cream called Fresh Breasts

That’s really ticked me !

Have and fat ladies used bandalettes? I wonder about them rolling down on a chunky lass.
