Thanks.

peachypetite · 31/03/2018 17:46

Not everyone likes all types of food? What a weird thread to start.

WhatWouldLeslieKnopeDo · 31/03/2018 17:47

YANBU. They're nasty. Even if you pick them out of things they leave a horrid taste.

bastardkitty · 31/03/2018 17:47

If you keep eating them, they grow on you. Not literally.

PickAChew · 31/03/2018 17:48

Salty, savoury loveliness.

Mol1628 · 31/03/2018 17:48

They’re delicious. Especially with cubes of feta cheese.

ItsASairFecht · 31/03/2018 17:48

DH thinks they taste like Germolene. Me, I love them. He's strange Grin

Wildlady · 31/03/2018 17:49

@peacypetite.

Went to a freinds house for dinner last night and she gave me them, I ate them to be polite.

I used to hate them and now love them.

Purplerain101 · 31/03/2018 17:49

I LOVE them. But I hate lots of foods that other people enjoy like blue cheese :-(

blueskypink · 31/03/2018 17:49

Just sat down with a bowl of olives and a glass of red - delish!

DullAndOld · 31/03/2018 17:50

Olives are superb...
quite a 'grown up' taste though, I mean my kids would have spat them out no doubt..

hereyougosuckmyassforensics · 31/03/2018 17:50

YANBU they're rank!

morningtoncrescent62 · 31/03/2018 17:50

Food of the devil. I have to pick them out of salads, they make me gag.

Iloveacurry · 31/03/2018 17:51

Love them. Green ones are the best, black not so much. My 9 year old daughter loves them too.

Katedotness1963 · 31/03/2018 17:52

When we first lived in the Mediterranean I loved the idea of sitting on my balcony with a cold glass of wine and a bowl of olives. It was part of the experience for me. What a bloody disappointment, olives were awful!! But they were set out nearly everywhere you went, bars, friends houses, starters in restaurants, the local cafe gave you a few if you ordered a glass of wine...

Now I love them! I love the oily, salty, deliciousness. As a previous poster said, they do grow on you.

CanIBuffalo · 31/03/2018 17:54

I'll have all yours OP.
Send them over!
Food of the gods.

Buglife · 31/03/2018 17:54

Mmmm massive bright green nocerella olives...so delicious!

JaceLancs · 31/03/2018 17:56

Love them
For anyone else that does try M & S olive vodka - it’s lush

MimsyBorogroves · 31/03/2018 17:56

Big green ones stuffed with a clove of garlic - gorgeous.

The black ones are pure evil.

Yumyumpigs · 31/03/2018 17:56

Love green ones. Black ones on pizza only.... mmmmmmm

laurahill88 · 31/03/2018 17:56

You’re doing well if that’s what’s keeping you up at night Grin

upsideup · 31/03/2018 17:59

Its the texture as much as much as the taste that I cant stand, probably my least favourite food.
I've always found that people who like marmite also like olives and if you dont like one you wont like other.

MakeItRain · 31/03/2018 18:00

I'm another one who used to hate them but they grew on me when I lived abroad! I love them now. Food of the gods! Especially big juicy black ones Smile

Okaynowimconfused · 31/03/2018 18:01

Green olives and garlic together is amazing!
