Guns n Roses. Why?

Without my knowledge DD (6) has trawled Spotify only to proclaim that her favourite song is Welcome to the Jungle and she loves Guns n Roses.

How can this possibly have happened. I have done my best to get it right, really I have. Please help. What can I do?

I went to see Guns N Roses last year at Slane Castle and it was fucking epic. There was none of the bullshit, none of the turning up hours late for the concert, none of the Axl being a huge bellend, it was just pure awesomeness!

I always think its such a shame there is so much misogyny in the songs, but the music is just so good and they are just so talented I can't help but love them!

The years have not been kind to Axl though - someone on YouTube said he looks like a cross between Kathy Bates and Ellen Burstyn and they are not wrong. He looks like Keith Lemon in that pic upthread! I guess that's what a shit ton of drugs will do to you though....

At 3, my dd got very excited dancing to AC/DC’s Highway to Hell, sticking her fist in the air and doing a very loud, shouty ahhhh sound with it. Jumping up and down and shaking her head around in a sort of head banging. This was the trailer to a film so not introduced to her. I had to play it over and over again.

She has some dubious taste in music from time to time. But that was one of her finer moments.

You don’t do anything op..... apart from stealth boast.

We listen The Arrow radio station quite a lot. DS 6 loves Sex n Drugs n Rock n Roll, luckily, he thinks the lyrics are "say, say, say, say, rock n roll"! 😂

I played Sweet Child of Mine through headphones on my bump when I was pregnant with DD Grin

It paid off. She's 3 and now sings along to a variety of music artists.... Guns n Roses, Bon Jovi, Eurythmics and Queen are favourites in the car Grin
