Maybe I'm reading this differently, but I thought alpha was talking about the land next to CFNs garage, albeit land that if parked on breaches SWNs right of use.

Oh, I see, Hashi. In my mind CFN was at the end of the section of road. So does this mean that if anyone parked there, SWN would not be able to leave to work, as CFN would be completely blocking the road / kerb / SWN's driveway (whatever applies)?

jedi that's what I thought, I'd assumed the cfn parking on 'his land' was then blocking in. I could be completely wrong though!

Watch out for loads if crap being dumped on you drive when they move. Isn't it lucky though that your CCTV will catch the flytipping - I believe council are very hot on fining for that these days.

The problem lies with how much you fight CFN now. You don't want to put off buyers by saying there is a dispute with neighboirs/parking because you do want CFN to move.
