Wonderful news! An absolutely perfect outcome for you.

SnickersWasAHorse · 17/08/2017 14:31

Boom! 🤜

ohfourfoxache · 17/08/2017 14:37

Oh that's fucking brilliant!

Don't they have to declare neighbour disputes when they sell? Grin

JamOrCreamFirst · 17/08/2017 14:37

What do the details say about parking?

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 17/08/2017 14:44

" A lovely four bedroomed mid-terrace house on a popular road.
On street parking available plus on drive of Number 26 (only between hours of 10 and 4pm.
Whiffs a bit of dog, but owners will have carpets shampooed before moving out!

AlphaBites · 17/08/2017 16:52

I've had a look online at home on right move and it says there is an allocated parking space not on my driveway thanks - this is news. We never knew the terraced places have allocated parking ...

Alphabites you must ring up and ask for details on said parking space Wink

yawning801 · 17/08/2017 16:57

WOOOOHOOOOO!

Happy dance! Happy dance! Happy dance! Smile Grin

LivingInMidnight · 17/08/2017 16:58

I can't believe he's put that on!

ChasedByBees · 17/08/2017 16:59

I would also contact the estate agents for info.

WitchDancer · 17/08/2017 16:59

Whoop whoop!

WineAndTiramisu · 17/08/2017 17:16

Woohoo! I'd certainly ring the estate agents up and ask them where the parking space is...

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 17/08/2017 19:38

Send an undercover mate round for a viewing.
Get her to insist on being shown round by owner.
Ask about parking...

BubbleyJoy · 17/08/2017 19:44

Oh yes please do what Squiff suggests.

ItsNachoCheese · 18/08/2017 09:13

RudeDog · 18/08/2017 09:27

😂 laughing my head off

aaaaargghhhhelpme · 18/08/2017 09:29

This is brilliant news! There must be a street party planned for the day they leave!

(I'd also ring up the estate agent to find out where this mysterious space is. You don't want round 2 with the new neighbours)

HashiAsLarry · 18/08/2017 09:31

Awesome news.
Bet they don't declare neighbour disputes either!
Wonder what they mean by 'allocated parking'.

RebootYourEngine · 18/08/2017 09:33

I would find out about parking. Bet he is encouraging people to park on your drive.

alfagirl73 · 18/08/2017 09:34

Outstanding outcome! :-)

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 18/08/2017 09:34

I wouldn't worry too much about them having to declare neighbour disputes, since they were the Bad Neighbour.
I really can't see how they can spin it that would put people off..
"Yes, sadly we did have a run in with our NDN who refused to let us and our customers park on her private drive. Can you believe the cheek of her?"

TheMaddHugger · 18/08/2017 09:35
