GladAllOver · 17/08/2017 12:05

Ho Ho Ho! Christmas has come early :)

MissHavishamsleftdaffodil · 17/08/2017 12:08

Success!! Grin

glenthebattleostrich · 17/08/2017 12:09

You meanie, forcing them out of their home because you think you are entitled to use your property as you please.

picklemepopcorn · 17/08/2017 12:23

This is the dog grooming business parking on other people's drives, isn't it? There are so many CFNs out there!

LakieLady · 17/08/2017 12:30

Good riddance!

Will there be a street party to celebrate?

Well, well, well. Very interesting. Hope they haven't caused too many problems recently.

BendydickCuminsnatch · 17/08/2017 12:34

pickle yes, this is the original CFN :)

MrsPussinBoots · 17/08/2017 12:38

What a result!

CabernetSauvignyoni · 17/08/2017 12:51

Spectacular result! Congratulations Grin

Siwdmae · 17/08/2017 12:58

Wow, I suppose that's inevitable. Had they not been such cheeky fuckers, this need never have happened, although having a growing business in need of parking was never going to work on a residential street.

IggyAce · 17/08/2017 13:06

Result, I would arrange a street party for moving day.
I guess they are planning on getting a property with suitable parking so they can continue business at home, I bet they don't like the cost of getting a commercial property.

ChasedByBees · 17/08/2017 13:08

Fantastic news!

SteppingOnToes · 17/08/2017 13:14

Wow that's a brilliant result! What a shame that he has to declare the dispute with neighbours lets hope it means he gets nowhere near the asking price

rslsys · 17/08/2017 13:24

I hope you will form a resident's committee to thoroughly vet prospective buyers of the property. You wouldn't want to go through all that again!

Groovee · 17/08/2017 13:27

Wow! Will he need to declare his disputes with neighbour's?

Only that will take it RL for OP. Could we possibly beg some screen shots instead?

SilverySurfer · 17/08/2017 14:11

Great news - put out the bunting OP Smile

knowwhereyourheadis · 17/08/2017 14:16

Will there be a street party to celebrate?

Yes please have one - but make sure the long row of picnic tables block the street so the movers lorry can't get in/out!

HelenRose1111 · 17/08/2017 14:20

Karma...right there
puts flags out for OP

whiteroseredrose · 17/08/2017 14:27

Someone needs to warn their new neighbours!
