Be funny if they tell the new owners that they can park in your Drive!

Wow!

Wonder if they are having to downsize so that they can also afford busines premises?

coriliavijvaad · 18/08/2017 10:22

Excellent.

I don't think the neighbour dispute will be an issue. I imagine that most reasonable people seeing a declaration of a neighbour dispute like
"Dispute with neighbours because I wanted to park on their driveways and run a business from home and direct my customers to park on neighbour's driveways, and the bastards objected"
would probably be fine with that, knowing that this is evidence that the neighbours are all perfectly reasonable people.

I hope you get new neighbours who are lovely.

GreenTulips · 18/08/2017 10:38

Yes send a friend round - insist on the parking issue being discussed

Ask what are the neighbors like?

Tapandgo · 18/08/2017 10:52

Agreed - you need to get a friend to go round as potential buyer. Ask about parking and neighbours 😂

AllTheWittyNamesAreGone · 18/08/2017 11:51

Oh god please send a mate on a veiwingGrin

Theycalledmethewildrose · 18/08/2017 12:14

Something he should have done as soon as the business grew tbf.

CotswoldStrife · 18/08/2017 12:55

Agree with PP that you have to get someone to ring up and ask about the allocated parking space, as they've driven past the house and can't see any parking there!

BoneyBackJefferson · 18/08/2017 13:21

I agree with phoning up and querying the allocated parking.

notapizzaeater · 18/08/2017 13:47

I'd get a friend to request the brochure - doesn't it tell you on right move ?

8misskitty8 · 18/08/2017 13:55

Ring the estate agent op and ask about the parking. Or get a friend to book a viewing and see what the CFN says about parking and the neighbours !

missmollyhadadolly · 18/08/2017 14:07

Links to #1 and #2, pretty please?

MyBoysMyBoys · 18/08/2017 14:12

MyBoysMyBoys · 18/08/2017 14:24

Yesbutnobutmaybe · 18/08/2017 14:31

Yippeee!!!

missmollyhadadolly · 18/08/2017 14:43

CFN knows this and was doing a wardance of hate on his front lawn after the planning officer left.

Wardance of hate Grin

Ah, CFN is an ex-copper! Figures.

The couple who made their nanny park outside an MN's house instead on their drive were coppers too.

magicstar1 · 18/08/2017 14:54

@missmollyhadadolly CFN is not an ex-copper. NDN is a retired copper, and is on the OP's side.

missmollyhadadolly · 18/08/2017 14:59

Ah sorry Blush

Trb17 · 18/08/2017 15:00

You got mixed up there @missmollyhadadolly as it's the NDN that's a retired policeman and he's a good guy. The CFN is a dog groomer.

StormTreader · 18/08/2017 15:11

"Allocated space on the driveway of #23, you'll need to get them to remove the chain."

diddl · 18/08/2017 15:23

Anyone else who has posted on here not having show up in TIO/TIW?

YetAnotherDayIsHere · 18/08/2017 15:26

Definitely call the agency to ask more about the imaginary allocated parking space and also inform them of the neighbour dispute. That way they will be obliged to let any potential buyers know if they ask.
