otherwise the new neighbors may end up blocking your drive with their parking.....

his business was closed down due to breaching the terms of his licence....so i doubt he can use OP as an excuse

We haven't done anything, SWN has been all over it and questioning the space.

This gets better ! CFN has said a bit of land next to his garage is his allocates space but it's blocking the access to SWN, she has told the estate agents already.

This happened today, after I got back, clearly EA had asked for clarification, CFN storms around to SWN and lots of shouting on their front lawn. CFN has moved his car to 'his space.'

Police are on their way again.

Brilliant! CFN clearly has no idea what ownership of land actually means. We've got right of access across our neighbour's garden but we're not going to bloody park on it
