I'm probably going to get a Mumsnet lecture: however I think strangers asking to take pictures of my son when we're out for a family meal every single weekend and for others to join our table to pet my son like he's a puppy is overstepping boundaries. Am I wrong ?? A: he's not a dog so petting him is just weird and b:he is my child he's not an art piece so strangers taking photos are a complete Nono.

Is there something distinctive about him which elicits these reactions? I thought my own DS was a smasher but I never had to fend off the paparazzi when out for meals.

I think my son is perfect, I've had a few comments saying he's cute etc but this has never happened to me. Am I missing something?

Everyone falls in love with him he's got a special aura about him and he's a beauty his laugh is what people see. We were having breakfast in a hotel we were staying in and he was laughing when all of a sudden 230 guests joined in with laughing it's like a paparazzi everywhere we go.

Surely if someone comes up to you with a camera/getting their phone out you can tell them not to?

His laugh is infectious I've been at the bus station with him and he was laughing at a video I was crying with laughter for 10 minutes I couldn't move
