I'm probably going to get a Mumsnet lecture: however I think strangers asking to take pictures of my son when we're out for a family meal every single weekend and for others to join our table to pet my son like he's a puppy is overstepping boundaries. Am I wrong ?? A: he's not a dog so petting him is just weird and b:he is my child he's not an art piece so strangers taking photos are a complete Nono.

AnyFucker · 03/08/2017 19:16

It is officially Silly Season

treaclesoda · 03/08/2017 19:16

I very rarely laugh out loud at a thread but the football comment was the final straw.

My children seem fascinating to Japanese tourists. No one else, just Japanese tourists. I think it's quite sweet.

Sparklingbrook · 03/08/2017 19:17

Someone call the Daily Mail, they can have this thread for sure.

lovemelovemyboys · 03/08/2017 19:17

Really all of this is true but you don't know us why did I think Mumsnet would be helpful

Does the horse have a Fly Seat and did you manage to get the wine stain off your wall.

LaurieFairyCake · 03/08/2017 19:18

You drag your kid around town on a vintage horse ?

THATS WHY THEYRE STARING

Sparklingbrook · 03/08/2017 19:18

why did I think Mumsnet would be helpful

What help are you after?

AnyFucker · 03/08/2017 19:18

What about your other boys ?

Do they have the football squad in stitches too ?

AwaywiththePixies27 · 03/08/2017 19:18

But yeah that's not harassment Hmm

Anybody who randomly comes up to me and asks to take a pic or my kids gets told to fuck right off.

Then again it's never happened so maybe my kids just have shit auras instead.

Mummyoflittledragon · 03/08/2017 19:18

Does he have 666 anywhere on his body? I hear the anti christ is supposed to be tantalisingly seductive.

Or alternatively perhaps if you left the horse at home, you'd stop being pestered. You're the parent you know.

DoubleCarrick · 03/08/2017 19:18

Im really confused

Blazedandconfused · 03/08/2017 19:20

It's a joke but I don't get it. What is the significance of the horse?

I really don't get the joke op.

AwaywiththePixies27 · 03/08/2017 19:21

House4 Don't be daft.

Catherine would never have George on anything from B&M Wink

EdmundCleverClogs · 03/08/2017 19:21

What help are you after?

Whatever help the op needs, I doubt MN can provide it....

pinkyredrose · 03/08/2017 19:22

Do you have the same 'special aura' as your son by any chance?

Sparklepants · 03/08/2017 19:22

PDF is obvs PFB

heateallthebuns · 03/08/2017 19:23

What? A special aura? A metal horse?

AwaywiththePixies27 · 03/08/2017 19:23

This thread reminds me of the time I was mixing with a certain group of friends. At an event one day and I happen to say I liked her DCs outfit as a passing comment, as you do.

"Thanks" the Mother replied, "it was inherited". Confused You remind me of her OP. Grin

Is his name Damien? Have any nannies mysteriously died whilst looking after him?

Questioningeverything · 03/08/2017 19:24

Ah the help you need can only be provided by men (and women) in special white coats. I've been there, they give you lovely medicine and a soothing padded room. They even wrap your arms up so you're having a lovely big cuddle. Then comes the injection and you just float awaaaaaaaay....

DollyPartonsBeard · 03/08/2017 19:25

Is this your DS, OP?
