will it is actually- it's called a pre-birth assessment and considering there is alcohol and dv involved as well as probably drunks they probably have a case to carry one out.

She also done a ... 'photoshoot' (wrong word probably) of her injuries for The Sun afterwards. Just beyond belief it really is!

Firstly - she has a 6 month old, so if she's getting wasted and getting into fights in hotels that is most certainly social services business. Secondly, if she's getting wasted while pregnant she probably has an alcohol dependence issue and her midwife would certainly refer her for pre birth assessment and support. We don't leave pregnant mums with addiction issues until after the baby is born before we get involved, because that would be far more likely to lead to babies being taken away from them
