So I woke up this morning and came downstairs and my DH was like 'oh my god what happened to your head?'
I went to the mirror and I have dent in my head ?!?
It wasn't there last night and I have no recollection of banging it. It's a tiny bit tender to touch but nothing major and there's no bruising or cuts. Has this ever happened to anyone before? What could it be?
Dr google says it's aliens so that's helpful.

I have a dent in the exact same place but mine was from falling out of a tree.
Or off a bike. It involved falling though and not aliens.

I am writhing with envy Envy Grin

Then we both do max Sad

If my case is of any comfort to you Iv suffered with this debilitating illness for at least 10 years and Iv not died so it can't be life threatening.

We shall with grace carry our dents through life never being ashamed of our concaveness

Oh the plot thickens. Just spoke to my dm who says I used to sleepwalk a lot when I was a child and she reminded me of when I sleepwalked at university and woke up arguing with the security guard because he wouldn't let me into another halls kitchen in my pyjamas.

I wonder if I was sleepwalking Confused

Set yourself a trap tonight. Like, something to trip on.
Oh wait, wouldn't the Fitbit record you doing extra steps? Unless you turn into a sleepwalking cake eating monster who tears off the Fitbit in a cakey rage and then sneaks it back on when you go to sleep

I have had this, a small dent that almost looked like a bruise - I was dehydrated.

Right there's a period where my Fitbit reports I'm awake and some steps in the early hours of the morning. I'm not walking around much but it would be enough to be walking around my bedroom bang my head and go back to sleep.
(Or aliens because they don't make you step they suck you up in a lazer everyone knows that)
The 6am one is me getting up for the loo but I have no idea what the tiny 4am blip is.

I have a bangle that doesn't come off and i often wake up with indents on my face/head from it. Such glamour.

There's a big pink line saying I was awake too.
Also I slept soooo long last night and I've been exhausted all day.

Dent update

It's pretty much gone. It's still there a tiny bit but nothing like it was.

The aliens have obviously done all they can with me and moved on.

And what does Fitbit say about how you spent your night? Be careful, the aliens are just lulling you into a false sense of security. My theory is your sleepwalking episode interrupted their attempt to dent you and fill dent with spider eggs.

Be alert, very very alert. The truth is out there.

I had the exact same once. It went away after a few hours. Very weird tho. I currently have a dent in my thumb nail. Odd.
