So I woke up this morning and came downstairs and my DH was like 'oh my god what happened to your head?'
I went to the mirror and I have dent in my head ?!?
It wasn't there last night and I have no recollection of banging it. It's a tiny bit tender to touch but nothing major and there's no bruising or cuts. Has this ever happened to anyone before? What could it be?
Dr google says it's aliens so that's helpful.

Aw thanks!
I took that picture because I'd bought a new mascara and was self indulgently taking photos of it.

Can I ask which brand of mascara? I have serious lash envy!

ShatnersBassoon · 20/03/2017 09:26

DH gets a forehead dint from resting his glasses there when he reads in bed. You don't realise how thick the skin is there until you press something into it.

Maxwellthecat · 20/03/2017 09:29

It was benefit showgirl

leghoul · 20/03/2017 09:30

I think it's your fitbit

icanteven · 20/03/2017 09:30

Have you checked the dent against the shape of your fitbit?

I think the dehydration thing is with babies, right? The fontanelle looks slightly depressed, rather than the actual bone.

Maxwellthecat · 20/03/2017 09:30

I'm a bit disappointed it's not aliens to be honest.

I need new mascara - maybe I'll try Showgirl...

Happyandhungry · 20/03/2017 09:31

Why would anyone wear a fitbit to bed?

I think it's my Fitbit too, I'll ask the dr but I think we've solved the mystery.

Because it tracks your sleep Happy.

Keep taking photos from different angles to see if it changes? Could you have slept with your forehead against bedroom drawers for example?

Best get it checked out...

CitronellaEllaElla · 20/03/2017 09:48

Well I think it still could be aliens.

DeadGood · 20/03/2017 09:52

Well, I thought you had a fine-looking forehead, now I can see eyes too, you are a FOX

Char22thom · 20/03/2017 09:56

Do pop back and let us know what dr says Max x

JonesyAndTheSalad · 20/03/2017 10:10

This will be in the Daily Fail tomorrow.

"Shock as woman's Fitbit crushes her skull!"

APlaceOnTheCouch · 20/03/2017 10:21

Jonesy you forgot the necessary Fail descriptors :
'Foxy MN poster flashes her long eyelashes and gorgeous eyes as Fitbit crushes her skull' Wink

Oops! So given that we have 24hrs to watch for alien activity - I googled your mascara. I couldn't find Benefit but did find Barry M??

Maxwellthecat · 20/03/2017 11:08

Just went and looked, yes it's Barry M.
To be honest it's a bit flakey after a while but it looks good on and it's cheap and not tested on animals.

Does the dent match your Fitbit?

LouKout · 20/03/2017 11:41

Am pretty sure it will be gone by tomorrow.

HesterLee · 20/03/2017 12:02

Looks good, cheap, not tested on animals - those 3 pluses can cancel out a bit of flakiness I reckon!!

Back to the dent, I've ended up with weird dents on my forehead before from lying on my watch, so hopefully it is just from the fitbit.
