So I woke up this morning and came downstairs and my DH was like 'oh my god what happened to your head?'
I went to the mirror and I have dent in my head ?!?
It wasn't there last night and I have no recollection of banging it. It's a tiny bit tender to touch but nothing major and there's no bruising or cuts. Has this ever happened to anyone before? What could it be?
Dr google says it's aliens so that's helpful.

Did you ever find out what it was? I developed the same thing when I was 7 months pregnant (11 months ago now) and I can’t find any answers that make sense! It’s driving me nuts because it’s all I see when I look in the mirror. Please tell me if you found an answer!

To the people who commented most recently, look through all the comments, she posted an update showing the dent eventually went away.

Last week, I was suffering with severe dehydration, so bad that I got a bladder infection. Anyway, I woke up with a dent in my forehead and it freaked me out. I started drinking lots of fluids little and often. The dent is going away slowly. I think when the skin/tissue is lacking water it is impressionable and I must have pushed into my head in my sleep. It isn't a skill indentation it is a skin tissue indentation.

If there are no health conditions it is probably dehydration so stay hydrated and wait it out. Don't put pressure on it.

I know this thread is very old but when you Google 'woke up with dent in forehead' this thread is one of the only things that come up!

Stay safe everyone and I hope your our dents go away Grin
