I don't think he needs to doctor images. He will just keep saying there were loads of people there. Then I suspect we will soon see images from Obama's inauguration of the crowds that attended in 2009 being passed off as images from Trump's inauguration. People just have to mislabel stuff and suddenly you have muddied the waters enough that while everyone is arguing about which pictures are from which inauguration Trump's posse are dismantling government and free press without anyone really noticing.
