Hi all so as the title says AIBU to think my friend is an ungrateful witch ? Said friend is always up for a laugh and a joke but she appears to have got the right arse about the birthday present I sent her Hmm

Whatthefreakinwhatnow · 11/01/2017 18:22

Why, what did you send?!

NotLadyPrickshit · 11/01/2017 18:23

Did you send her a jokey gift?

TheWitTank · 11/01/2017 18:24

What was it? If it was a diet book or similar then you might BU.

Treaclex · 11/01/2017 18:24

Oops sorry forgot to put that in my op, I thought she'd see the funny side I bought her some glitter poo capsules Grin

You haven't really given enough information to allow us to give a reasoned opinion. So... maybe!

Elllicam · 11/01/2017 18:26

Like capsules she eats to make her poo glittery?

SnatchedPencil · 11/01/2017 18:26

Just read your reply, seems fair enough. Ungrateful perhaps, "a witch" might be going a bit far.

missbishi · 11/01/2017 18:27

Hmm, I might be a little disappointed with glitter poo capsules but not to the point of arseyness. Was it a milestone birthday by any chance? What did she get you for your birthday?

kippersandcurtains · 11/01/2017 18:27

To be fair, I'd rather a box of chocolates...

Loaferloveforyou · 11/01/2017 18:27

Amazing. I'll be your friend. Grin

HeffalumpsnWoozles · 11/01/2017 18:28

I'd find it hard to get excited & pretend to be grateful for glittery poo to be fair, though I would probably laugh & try on on my OH to see if they worked (I'd take his word for it if they did)

PopGoesTheFuckingWeasel · 11/01/2017 18:28

Glitter poo..."arsey"...am I the only one who picked up on this? Grin

Whatthefreakinwhatnow · 11/01/2017 18:28

I had no idea they were a thing! I'll totally be your friend too! I must get DP some!

TheWitTank · 11/01/2017 18:29

Haha! I would laugh personally, but its a bit of a shit gift (literally). Is she not generally one for a bit of a laugh?

NotLadyPrickshit · 11/01/2017 18:29

OMG where did you get them Treacle?? I've got an annoying younger brother with a birthday coming up!

Treaclex · 11/01/2017 18:29

Snatched honestly witch is an endearing term in our friendship we can be a bit extreme

OP posts:
Treaclex · 11/01/2017 18:30

Yeap capsule to make her shit glittery as I find her sparkling so would expect her shit to be well you know glittery Wink

OP posts:
januarybooze · 11/01/2017 18:30

Bit of a shit gift🚶🏼💨💩🎉

Treaclex · 11/01/2017 18:31

Not a milestone birthday and I'll find out in about 2 weeks what she gets me if anything.

OP posts:
ghostwatch · 11/01/2017 18:32

I'd laugh if it was me but it's a rank idea. YANBU

Loaferloveforyou · 11/01/2017 18:33

Has she said why she's got the hump?

TrustySnail · 11/01/2017 18:33

Sounds like the world's most disappointing present to me - it would go straight in the bin. I've no desire to look at my own poo, glittery or not, and I'd be worried about its effect on my stomach and colon. However I'd try not to show my disappointment and to pretend I found it hilarious, to spare the donor's feelings.

RainbowsandLemonDrops · 11/01/2017 18:35

😂😂 hilarious but I'd probably get her something thoughtful as well... not just sparkly shit capsules.

Treaclex · 11/01/2017 18:35

Trusty the packaging clearly states that it's edible glitter.

trollspoopglitter · 11/01/2017 18:37

I hope she regifts it to you.
