Hi all so as the title says AIBU to think my friend is an ungrateful witch ? Said friend is always up for a laugh and a joke but she appears to have got the right arse about the birthday present I sent her

I dont examine my poop on paper once I have wiped so that gift would be lost on me. Also, what happens if the poop is at work or when out. Laughing and inspecting poop should probably be only done at home....

Tell me that wasnt the only gift though? Its a comedy gift that works in friendships like yours but if it was the only thing then I'd be disappointed.

Oh man, I just googled these thinking I had found the perfect gift for my oldest friend (and after 35 years I do know her that well and she would have loved it) turns out they are for decorative purposes only and that all the glitter pills are not recommended for ingestion. I am so disappointed

Btw i received the same for my bday. Close xmas bday as well,years of it going unnoticed or being an inconvenience. So i get a little parcel and envelope. And think awww someone thought of me. Might've even got a bit teary eyed. To open the pretty box and find tags saying have a shitty bday arsehole and glitter capsules. And to add insult to injury i opened the card to have billions of bits of glitter and confetti and sparkly shit all over the floor.

So yeah OP...you're so getting shit for your bday.. "friend"!!

I had a glittery blue Star Trek cake for my 25th birthday and every member of my family had a chunk. We all shat blue for a fortnight. Usually we're all too awkward and inverted to discuss anything more personal than sock colour preferences so knowing that you're doing synchronised blue glitter turds with the family was priceless. I hope your friend womans the fuck up and lets you know how she gets on.
