toad I've got until early spring to find somewhere but I knew it would be hard to get somewhere that's in the location I like (not many rentals come up in this area), with a rent I can afford, and the space I want. Hence starting looking now (plus evil ex has found out I live here - making me think sooner rather than later is better). I just didn't realise how hard it would be and just how cheap a deal I got on this house. Rents are astronomical!
