To think this behaviour is unacceptable?

I'm an ordinary person, who likes most things, but AIBU to think that smooth peanut butter is just wrong and the people who eat it surely come from a different planet, even to men? I think they must definitely come from Uranus. It is just unacceptable behaviour from a "so say" (using fingers to emphasise the " ") human being to like such a thing. What are your thoughts?

All peanut butter is wrong. It is vvu to spoil otherwise delicious food by adding something so rank.

I do agree but I use it because it's easier to spread so I use way less... Love the big crunchy stuff though!

Peanut butter spread on apple chunks is lovely. Marmite is food for the gods. Had to have it spread on toast with a clove of garlic when I was pregnant, couldn't get enough of it.

I still remember my first peanut butter sandwich, it was at a birthday party and it must be 38 years ago, that's how good it was. I remember it was smooth pb and I loved it, but then, then I only went and tried crunchy pb, and oh my life, that was it, a life long love affair. A crunchy pb sandwich washed down with a cold diet coke would be my last meal I think (or maybe bread and cheese with a cold beer) hard to say for sure.

peanut butter should be crunchy, that's true. but my current jar of whole earth crunchy no palm oil peanut butter is too crunchy. If I'd wanted a packet of chopped peanuts I'd have bought them. :(
