I'm not sure Milliband can breathe well through his nose, so he's definitely out.

My money's on Vince Cable.

Would Heseltine keep his flak jacket on while he dtd though?

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 06/02/2015 16:23

Not sure if he counts as politician (but if you're including BoJo......)

Ken Livingstone Blush

Bit craggy, bit of a secret private life, I bet he goes out with that beige mac with nothing underneath Shock

AvaCrowder · 06/02/2015 16:25

Love that picture of Richard Drax groping the airbrushed maid.

AvaCrowder · 06/02/2015 16:28

70isalimit ! I bet he refers to his 'newt'.
I think Boris would talk dirty in cod Latin 'biggius willius'.

Love this thread.
I really hope someone at the House of Commons finds this and they all have a good read.
My vote would be for Clegg.

Andrewofgg · 06/02/2015 17:51

snozzle

See him in the House of Commons
Passing laws to put down crime
While the victim of his passions
Drags her way through mud and slime!

For the benefit of those who couldn't be bothered to Google Chuka, here he is. Undeniably decorative but not suitable for those who like a bit of rough.

Young Gordon Brown is definitely the Cold Comfort Farm lover's candidate.

There's a photo on the wall of the Oxford Union of a teenaged near-albino Michael Hestletine which is quite heart-stoppingly beautiful. He looks like an actual angel fallen from heaven. Not enough "yes" in the world.

Portillo is on the record as having been quite romantically open minded in his youth, but has been married to a woman for thirty years (and now he's no longer a politician he and Mrs P would have no reason to maintain a lavender marriage) and convincingly rumoured to have various affairs with women during that time, so the simple answer is that he's bisexual. I don't know why that obvious solution never occurs to people.

Tristan Hunt is pretty but I still hold a grudge about his appalling sabotage of Isaac Newton in the Greatest Britons poll thirteen years ago so I wouldn't - I know this is grossly irrational, but on a thread in which people have owned up to fancying Vladimir Putin I feel that I'll fit right in.

I have been on Uruguayan tv news commenting on how one of the presidential candidates looked just like Mr Big from Sex and The City, and that is why I wanted him to win.

He lost.

TooSpotty · 06/02/2015 19:56

Andrew, I'm still a bit puzzled about your extrapolating a point from accidentally overheard teenage girls (and I wouldn't be at ALL surprised if they weren't as unaware as you think) to this thread. Women don't care if men can hear them when they talk about sex. We're just talking to each other. We don't live our whole lives wondering what men think of us and our opinions.

Andrewofgg · 06/02/2015 21:21

TooSpotty With respect you and Madder are over-thinking a light-hearted remark about a light-hearted reminiscence. I just find this thread entertaining and why shouldn't I?

And yes, I like the idea of some of the politicians mentioned on this thread reading it. I even more like the idea of their OHs reading it!

Who did they put top?

(the thread seems to be diversifying, so not easy to keep track unless you do things like make a spreadsheet )

And had they noticed that today one ruler got a whole separate thread: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/2301607--to-find-the-King-of-Jordan-mega-hot?

FightOrFlight · 06/02/2015 23:05

Auntie Clegg - with the pun 'Cleggover'

stubbornstains · 06/02/2015 23:06

Ah yes, The Times seems to be labouring under the misapprehension that the majority of MNers are "housewives" Angry...

applecatchers36 · 06/02/2015 23:10

It is the Times we wouldn't expect anything else...
