Ohhelp my sister has a very sensitive hooter & can smell cigarette smoke at 100 paces; she also absolutely detests the smell. I can happily vape in her house to my hearts content, she can smell nothing from the tobacco flavour, and can just about detect the 2 fruit flavours I tend to use. The other thing is that the tobacco flavour I use doesn't taste like a smoked cigarette but more like the smell of fresh tobacco like when it's in the packet before being used for rollups iyswim.

I agree with the others that you're probably smelling the clothing or hair of the people in your office; the smell of only one cigarette smoked can hang around for hours on those.

Ledaire · 06/02/2014 21:39

I have been so enthralled with the look of coloured clearos on my shiny pretty rainbow battery that I have completely forgotten to play with the variable voltage until now.

It is amazing. it really does change the flavour and vapour Shock

I also think it's stale smoke on hair and clothes, Ohhelp.

Allergictoironing · 06/02/2014 22:03

Aha, so you did get one Ledaire. I find a yellow clearo goes rather well on mine, sort of follows on the pattern quite well. It IS very shiny & pretty isn't it? Grin

Ledaire · 06/02/2014 22:21

I have a yellow clearo on it as I type Grin

KatieScarlett2833 · 07/02/2014 08:08

Mmmm hello gingerbread, where have you been all my life...

Ledaire · 07/02/2014 19:04

The samplers are great aren't they? The black cherry is gorgeous although I am cheating on the 1.8 and mixing it with 2.4 chocolate.

I don't need to buy anything at all next week. Except maybe some more samplers and iClear replacement parts...

KatieScarlett2833 · 07/02/2014 19:05

Black cherry, you say?
Sounds yum, where from?

Ledaire · 07/02/2014 19:09

Same place as yours. The raspberry chocolate is nice as well. Vaping Vision?

KatieScarlett2833 · 07/02/2014 19:11

How did I miss that?
Off to check it out.

Ledaire · 07/02/2014 20:16

What did you get? Grin

I keep thinking that I need to try pineapple and sherbet lemon even though I haven't had any joy from fruit or sweet flavours before other than cherry / choc...

KatieScarlett2833 · 07/02/2014 20:27

Raspberry choc and black cherry Confused

JAC vapour do a lovely rich chocolate and a blueberry also goes well with it.

Ledaire · 07/02/2014 21:16

I used my Rainbow battery and yellow clearo on the streets of London today - out and proud.

It was the e-cig version of Fly Guy

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 07/02/2014 21:25

I have one yellow clearo and it's my least favourite. I won't say what it reminds me of because I don't want to put you off Grin My favourites are clear, then smoke grey then purple.

Katie I bloody love gingerbread. I think spicy flavours work really well.

I am psyching myself up to try chocolate milkshake.

Cantabile · 07/02/2014 21:30

Allergic, that bit which holds the wick in is really hard to get off. I used pliers, and held the post very softly with them and then wiggled it gently and carefully from side to side. It does come off, it just doesn't feel like it will!

Cantabile · 07/02/2014 22:07

Oh, I see Plenty beat me to it - consequences of replying immediately to a post without RTFT!

I am a bit lost, as I have sufficient batteries, clearos and liquid and no excuse to spend any money on anything vape Sad! Though I am tempted to try a choc flavour just for the hell of it.

I want something really chocolatey. Any recommendations? Must be not remotely coffee-ish.

Ledaire · 07/02/2014 22:36

JAC vapour do a good chocolate. Not coffee-ish or dark-chocolatey at all. It's a really versatile base flavour which works well with a bit of cherry or blueberry for a change.

QueenStromba · 08/02/2014 00:35

I met some vapers tonight! They had egos and what looked like the bottom coil versions of iclear 16s. The guy said he'd been smoking for about 40 years and had been vaping for just over a year.

ginmakesitallok · 08/02/2014 08:25

It's always exciting to meet fellow vapers!

Just a quick warning ledaire, the last (and only) pineapple I've tried was a definite tank cracker, so use a glass/Pyrex clearo.

Allergictoironing · 08/02/2014 09:02

I love you ladies! Post successfully removed, wick reduced by a couple of threads-worth, GSH4 vaping beautifully. So I now have enough clearos to last me months even with my tendency to drop & crack them, with a handful of old CE4s still in use plus about 11 GSH2s Grin

Gin/Ledaire, I found the Hangsen Pineapple seemed OK for the tanks, been using the same tank for it for about a month & it only cracked when I did my usual dropping it on an uncarpeted floor.

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 08/02/2014 11:01

Yay! Glad you got it sorted, Allergic Smile

magimedi · 08/02/2014 11:05

There seems to be a sort of signal amongst vapers round here of raising your ecig to them, like raising a Wine.

I do wish there was another word for them, rather than ecig though. It's a shame that they are still connected to cigarettes.

Any ideas? Virtual Cake or Wine for the best!
