Hooray! Hello new vapers or new to the thread vapers! The more vapers the better we will be able to shape a tolerant attitude and more sensible legislation. Not to mention, the more links to new kit, and the more envy at shopping accidents Grin

Nest of Vapers is here:

As an ex smoker (11 years now!) who only managed to give up because I was ttc at the time, I haven't used e-cigs personally but know people who have and think they are a great aid.

But beware when charging. We had a fire at work last week when one was plugged into work pc's USB to charge, was left alone and It exploded setting paperwork and a jacket on fire! Charging them has now been banned in all our sites.

Thanks. Ledare I bet that is a huge weight off your mind. Really pleased for you.

I received my new order from FT yesterday and At first I was like Smile then Hmm I had ordered various new clearos and I was quite excited about the CE5-R's arriving, it looks exactly like the GS-H2's but with a removable mouth piece in the pictures. In reality the mouth part does not screw off Sad I thought these were going to make my life so much easier.

Ledare I ordered new coil heads too. I got 5 for my GS-h2 and 5 for my protank all 1.8ohms from FT for less than a fiver. Bonus.

I just also wanted to congratulate you all on getting your points across so well on the other ecig thread. I've read it and I'm sorry that I couldn't contribute and back you up I'm crap at writing and feel out of my depth on Mn Well done Smile ps I have signed the other thing.

"AIBU to think that you are all a nest of vapers?"

That will certainly go into the next thread.

nottonite - just keep vaping on it - mine do that from time to time & you have got a bit of liquid in the wrong place. It will sort itself out!

Plenty I do think an addictions topic would be a good idea - but I still think (after Wine & consideration ) that the nest of vapers should stay in AIBU - but maybe you should suggest the addiction topic on site stuff??

I've been buying mine from Smoker's d'lite. I paid £20 for a 650mah battery, charger, a tank (I don't know what sort it is) and three bottles of liquid. This one: smokersdlite.com/product_info.php?cPath=1_33&products_id=180 Is this more expensive than normal then?

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 06/03/2014 19:24

Arghh! Both of mines are now tasting burnt Confused and my main one was not at all cheap...

Evening ladies - sorry for the silence, but been out all day rather than stuck in front of trash daytime TV.

Ledare congratulations, so happy about the biopsy results!

Schro - "bricks and mortar" shops refer to ones that have a physical presence rather than just being on the internet, as in they are built from bricks and mortar (the most common building materials at the time the saying was coined).

I definitely agree we should try to stay in AIBU for the traffic, and I was thinking just today while out that the term "Next of Vapers" should somehow be in the title of the next thread Grin.

Bumped into a guy today in Maidstone who was vaping outside the Auction Halls, so naturally we got talking. He got his battery & clearo set up from Socialites, 2 small batteries (maybe 650mAh if that), 2 clearos and a charger & it cost him £50! He also asked about juice, as he wasn't sure they were great value for money - at £10 for 15ml I told him they weren't! Sent him away with lots of things to Google & the names of a few of the on-line places we've had recommended on here. Apparently they've given the impression that he HAS to keep using their batteries and clearos as none are compatible with each other - I proved THAT wrong by screwing my GS-H2 onto his stingy little battery. He was VERY jealous of my rainbow spinner Grin

I've noticed that myepack have the itaste 134 mini for £80 and the original for £90.

They don't unscrew. And they were on clearance at the shop where I bought them (physical shop), on the website they don't even have a manufacturer for these tanks. I think I'll bin these two and when the others run out, I'll get better tanks. Cheers anyway.

Report
QueenStromba · 06/03/2014 18:54

They look like they might unscrew from the bottom and have replacement atomisers under related products - I'd drop them an email and see if they do have replaceable atomisers.

Dwerf · 06/03/2014 18:50

I don't think they hold 3.5ml, there's no markings on them. I think they are 1.8ml

Report
Dwerf · 06/03/2014 18:49

They do, but the wicks don't dangle, they are a bit long for that. They may even be attached at the bottom. I'm not sure they are vaping right either, now that I've tried the new tanks.

Report
PlentyOfPubeGardens · 06/03/2014 18:45

Fucking hell you have got shinyitis! They're great! Grin Do they really hold 3.5ml?

I agree with queen, if they're vaping ok just carry on. If they have dangly wicks and you are getting a burnt taste it can help to tilt them occasionally to make sure the wicks are well soaked.

Sounds like a CE4 - does it have long dangly wicks in it?

Report
Dwerf · 06/03/2014 18:41

They are like this: premiere-cigs.co.uk/product/l-e-d-3-5ml-clearomizor/ I've had them a while, maybe they are just old.

QueenStromba · 06/03/2014 18:38

If it vapes ok then I wouldn't worry about it myself. Can you link to what you have? Most tanks have replaceable atomisers.
