It has gone really dark outside ie it's 0948am and the street lights have come on. Very very spooky.

It's called 'a British summer'.

EmpressOfTheSevenOceans · 28/06/2012 09:50

Are you THE dead wasp?
Does the darkness portend the Coming of Sharon?

Sparklingbrook · 28/06/2012 09:51

It has gone pitch black here, and now we are having a very loud thunderstorm. Sky not receiving a signal. Shock

ThymeLord · 28/06/2012 09:51

It's about to twat it down with rain and your street lamps have light sensors on them.

Mrsjay · 28/06/2012 09:52

"its called Brittish summer" Grin

its summertime where i am too bloody dark and miserable

BonnieBumble · 28/06/2012 09:52

Where are you all?

It's very sunny here.

BettySwollocksandaCrustyRack · 28/06/2012 09:53

My best mate is a Jehovah - she tells me this...I ask her what is the point on being on a diet then Grin o

PeriPathetic · 28/06/2012 09:53

How weird, it's gone horribly dark here too and I'm not in the UK! Perhaps this is the apocalypse

Sparklingbrook · 28/06/2012 09:53

I'm in Worcestershire. it is like night-time.

manicbmc · 28/06/2012 09:53

The huge travelling fair is here, and therefore it will chuck it down all week. Next week we'll probably have a heat wave.

ThymeLord · 28/06/2012 09:53

Sunny here in the North West.

Sparklingbrook · 28/06/2012 09:54

Oooooh, the lights are flickering. Sad

Dawndonna · 28/06/2012 09:55

Mrsjay · 28/06/2012 09:55

dearprudence · 28/06/2012 09:56

Sunny in Cheshire. Maybe just Worcestershire is about to end.

LentillyFart · 28/06/2012 09:56

Can we get a definitive answer on this then please? Only if the world IS about to end I'm having a tub of Ben & Jerry's for breakfast followed by 20 fags one after the other. Keep me posted.

Deadwasp · 28/06/2012 09:56

Lmao "the coming of Sharon"
And of there is no sky signal then IMO it is the end of the world!!!
Storms just started and it's pouring down with rain:-( and I didn't send the kids to school with a coat as it was so hot yesterday..... What a crap mum!

all's clear in lovely east london :)

Sparklingbrook · 28/06/2012 09:58

It would be a shame as it's DS1's birthday. Sad

It is now even darker. I could go back to bed. I will if there's a power cut.

germyrabbit · 28/06/2012 09:58

i'm with op and yesterday and today, my car (and others in the street) all have a strange brown dust on them, alot of brown dust Confused

Sparklingbrook · 28/06/2012 09:59

The thunder is really loud. Sad

D0oinMeCleanin · 28/06/2012 09:59

It's just couldy and grey here as normal. I'd panick more if the sky turned blue. That would be unusual. Black is fairly common here.

IawnCont · 28/06/2012 09:59

FUCK. I am proper phobic about thunder and lighting.

shuffleballchange · 28/06/2012 09:59

Nice and bright in sunny Norfolk

Popoozle · 28/06/2012 10:00

In Staffordshire & the darkness is just rolling in. It was lovely weather an hour ago when I took the DCs to school!
