The buddy bench will hand out wine and cakes, it will join you on your scoffathons getting pissed

All those who sit on the bench, will have their sins erased and be given a warm welcome and cheerful chat from CheerfulYank, gomummy, tired mum, Elmo, AF, HE, Cheesey and far, far too many more to mention.

Shes in good form but ive kept her off school as
she said she has a headache when she woke up this morning.
She slept all night & i checked on her every hour during the night
im shattered but she is in good form
I am going to ask her doctor at the hospital to check her over while we are
there for her appointment.

You must be shattered! Ds's tummy was fine and didn't develop into anything, thank goodness!

Poor DD elmo! Glad she seems all right other than the headache.

Lovely! We've still got masses of snow here but I've taken to wearing my pink-with-white-polka-dots rain boots anyway. It's my sign of optimism; soon the sun will melt all the white stuff and we will have puddles. I intend to be prepared. :)

LOL, not even the semblance of it Cheerful! We've all been hit by a bug at once, so between being up all night for two nights with DS and being ill myself at the same time, I've not been able to function enough to even log onto the computer! So far I've put the keys in the freezer and lost my most recent coffee altogether somewhere in the house...need sleeeeeep... DS is exhausted but cannot seem to sleep, so not a happy young man at the moment.

@ "Spring has sprung" Candle! Masses of snow here too, and colder than usual. Had to wrap DS up in full snow gear to get to dr's office today (and that's to drive there).

Thanks for all the good wishes, think yesterday was the worst, we are all medicated and on the mend now. DS is really having a rough time but finally got some sleep this morning. I am a zombie.

Cheerful I finally found my coffee, two of them actually - one in the microwave, one in the fridge. Need sleeeeeep!

We had our first picnic of the year!!! started off warm but 4 hours later and I am now FREEZING and have the heating whacked up high!!!!

In my head I often call you "valley girl" anyway :)

DS had soccer practice today; it was hilarious. Fifteen three and four year olds running pell-mell after the ball, stopping to "do karate", falling down, one little girl twirling mindlessly in the middle of it, and a really little one just wandering around ignoring everything. :o DS was loving it (and doing really well if I do say so myself ) until at the very end he and another little boy smacked heads and both ran off crying. :(
