Well I'm glad it's nor just my family. It's dd's first Christmas too and it's been a complete washout. Luckily she is following the time honoured tradition of babies and amusing herself with the box the presents came in.

• I made him do it over and over until he got it right
• first time he tried to fob me off with something else (nice try but didn't work)

It's a game where we pretend to be a character from a book, and we ask an 'Am I Being Unreasonable' question as though we were starting a thread in the AIBU section. The others ask questions and try to guess the character or book!

e.g. I might say 'AIBU to shack up with seven short men and do the housework' and after a few questions and answers, someone might guess that I'm Snow White :)

Elfpants the Booklet is fine (apart from having spent more of his life with a stuffy nose than without) and is even bigger! :o
